Quick Admission
Quick Admission is a method used by the Canada College of Education to facilitate the process of admission with a low cost. By using this method, any student can apply for admission directly and quickly. Students can also apply through their agents. We also work with agents in different countries. Local students can register by telephone, in person, or online.
International Students – How to apply for admission:
Getting admitted into Canada College of Education is straight-forward. You can apply for a study permit or renew your student study permit (visa). You can also deposit your tuition fee in advance. If for any reason your study permit is denied by Immigration Canada (IRCC), we will refund your tuition fee minus all bank charges (if any). However, students are required to provide Administration with their refusal letter from IRCC in order to qualify for a refund (there will be a 4% deduction from the refund to cover the cost of credit card charges and service charges). Please note that $125 non-refundable admission fee will not be refunded.
You may pay only the $125 non-refundable admission fee plus the $560 for your first month of tuition. Students who have applied for more than 3 months (12 weeks) must pay for at least 3 months in advance upon arriving in Canada, which can be followed by monthly payments.
Procedures for obtaining a study permit or renewing your visa:
1- Deposit a $125 non-refundable admission fee CDN. You may deposit full or partial tuition fees a few months in advance. however, we charge students only one month’s tuition fee. When you are accepted by IRCC the before first lesson required to pay 3 months after that you pay monthly.
2- Scan and email us a copy of your passport (only the first page)
3- Scan and email us a passport size photo.
4- Send us a copy of your bank transfer deposit (Bank receipt).
5 – Download the two files below (Registration form, IRCC Consent & Refund Policy), fill them in, and send it to us along with your payment.

How long will it take to receive a Letter of Admission?
Shortly after we receive all of your required documents, we will send you an e-mail and attach your Letter of Admission.
There will be an extra charge of $175 if you require a hard copy of the Letter of Admission to be sent to you (by Fedex or other couriers). There will be a $55 charge for shipping & services if delivered within Canada.
At CCE, international students or visitors will pay the same tuition fee as Canadian students
Entering University: We help students with choosing a suitable institution among one of the reputable universities in Toronto. We provide IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses and help students to pass these tests and obtain the high scores that are required for entering university. We also hosting the IELTS test at Canada College of Education each month.
Insurance
The Government of Canada does not cover medical expenses for foreign students. Students at CCE can get inexpensive insurance while enrolled at Canada College. It is mandatory to have insurance prior to starting your first class.
Home Stay
Home stay can range anywhere from $750 to $900 per month. We do not provide home stay accommodations, however we will inform students how to go about the process of renting. Once students are accepted by Canada Immigration (IRCC), CCE will assist with finding a safe and affordable home stay in Toronto.
Transportation
We provide free transportation (from airport to their home stay) for students who registered and paid their full tuition fee for a one-year program.
Attendance Policy
Group lessons
Students are responsible for their own attendance. Students who are registered for a group class cannot reschedule, cancel or modify their enrollment dates. It is the student’s responsibility to attend each class. There will be no makeup classes for missing hours or any sort of compensation or class extension. Students can not attend portions of each course, they are required to attend the dates on which they registered for. Group classes can not be modified.
Private Lessons
Students who are registered for private lessons may be able to reschedule or modify their schedules provided they give 24 hours advance notification. Failure to provide notice prior to the class schedule will result in a 1 hour deduction from the student’s account. How long can I hold my private lessons active? If students register for 12 hours, they must complete these hours in 12 weeks (from the day of registration). If you register for 24 hours, you are required to complete your lessons within 24 weeks. Each hour corresponds a week.
Semi Private Lessons
Students who are registered in semi-private lessons must attend classes together. If one student attends a class while the other is absent, we do NOT provide any make-up class or refund. Students must notify the administration 24 hours prior to their lesson if they want to modify or cancel. The limit to complete the course is the same as our above private lessons policy.
Trial Lessons
The first class will be considered a trial lesson. Students may choose to withdraw from the class with a full refund of their tuition fees after the first class if it does not meet their expectations. In order to qualify for a full refund, you must notify the administration immediately after the first lesson. Students who contact the administration late will not be able to receive a refund. In addition, there will be no refund for the one-time $35 registration fee. The $35 CDN non-refundable registration fee applies only once, as long as you are studying at CCE you will never have to pay any registration fees again!
Refunds policy
Canadian students who have taken part-time, full time or private lessons course(s) can ask for a refund only after their first session (first-class attendance). We do not provide any late refunds.
International students who are applying from outside or within Canada and granted a study permit will not be refunded under any circumstances. If any tuition fee is paid in advance, it will be refunded only when the student submits a refusal letter from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Canada College of Education ONLY accepts the refusal letter from (IRCC) Immigration Canada. As soon as a student is granted with a study permit, (regardless to if he/she comes to Canada or not) we are unable to provide you with a refund unless a Refusal Letter is provided to us.
If you have applied for less than 6 months obtained a “Letter of Admission” from CCE, you will not be eligible for any form of refund. Please read more about the refund policy before signing the required forms. The tuition fees are non-transferable.
Transfers: International and local students can transfer from other schools to CCE and receive a Letter of Admission for immigration purposes.
Students can register and receive our discounted package. Students who are dismissed will not be eligible for a refund.
International students who wish to change schools are required to notify us 30 days prior to departure. The first month of study will be non-refundable no matter attending classes or not.
If you choose to withdraw from CCE, we will require proof that your VISA status is lawful. You are required to show your Boarding Pass if you are leaving Canada earlier than anticipated. Alternatively, if you are attending another academic institution, you are required to re-apply for a new study permit and you must provide CCE with valid documentations to demonstrate your eligibility to stay in Canada. Students who have applied through an agent are required to contact their agent for information on any possible refund process.

- Full tuition fees will be refunded if for any reason the course is not conducted by CCE (course cancelled).
- A minimum of 5 weeks is needed for the processing of refunds.
- No interest is paid on any refund payments.
- No refunds will be provided if students have postponed the start of their course in Canada.
- All refunds are made subject to the approval of the school board.
Please note that in the case of a refund, CCE will deduct a bank transfer charge, service charge and other applicable fees from the student’s tuition amount.
Method of refund: The repayment can be done by Cheques, direct credit deposit, wire transfer or other legal methods. Students are required to provide us with all banking information including the swift number. CCE will deduct 4% from the total tuition fee in order to cover the POS Machine charge as well as all other service fees.
Canada College of Education reserves the right to modify courses, programs, and policies without advance notice and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel any program or course if the enrollment number is deemed insufficient or for other reasons. For international students, the refund will only be made if their Visa is denied by the Canadian embassy, otherwise, no withdraw or cancellation will be made after a visa has been granted. Please note: A $125 non-refundable admission fee applies to International students who want a letter of admission. International students who do NOT need the letter of admission will not be charged an admission fee.
